The items you have selected that you wish to return

No further information is required. Your return address is already linked to the order number and therefore does not need to be specified separately.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your return (checking, processing, and refunding).

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract), as the data is necessary for the execution of the purchase contract or for processing the return.

Your data will only be used within our company. It will only be passed on to third parties if this is absolutely necessary for the return process (e.g. to logistics or shipping service providers).

6. Storage period

We only store your data for as long as is necessary to process the return and to comply with statutory retention requirements. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
